Scope of work: Construction of the Port Mann Bridge and widening of the Trans Canada Highway. Review of Property Acquisition Plans for completeness, accuracy and conformance with the project technical specifications. Review of proposed acquisitions with the project design to ensure the overall “best value” solution is being used where practical. Obtain property acquisitions of “additional properties”.

Project Title: Border Infrastructure Project
Location: Vancouver to Langley, BC
Scope of work: Widening of Highway 10. Managed and acquired property acquisitions, consisting of consentual agreements, licence to construct agreements, statutory right of way agreements. Worked directly with the Agricultural Land Commission and property owners and successfully obtained approval for removal of land from the Agricultural Land Reserve. On time and on budget.
